Expedient is hiring a Regional Account Manager to focus on existing Expedient clients in the Western region of the United States.   To be considered, you must live in a state that is included in the Western half of the US.  This individual contributor role is focused on managing a portfolio of clients; leveraging strong business insights and IT & technical skills, to provide value that aligns with our clients’ strategic business goals.

Candidate must live in one of the following states in order to be considered: Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, California – exclusively.

Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in IT solutions-based selling
  • Ability to present your track record of exceeding individual sales and retention goals, selling IT solutions, by managing a portfolio of existing clients
  • Must be able to develop a strong pipeline, grow deals and close 
  • Manage the full sales process, from lead generation to close, with the ability to accurately forecast your business 
  • Strong in-person and virtual networking skills 
  • Effective communication and presentation skills  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and other sales tools (i.e., account-based marketing, prospecting, etc.) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline is highly desired
Responsibilities
  • Engaging in a continual selling effort with clients to enhance the value of Expedient’s services and to create demand for additional revenue
  • Retain, nurture and grow the existing client sales pipeline, forecasting future sales and meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets
  • Serve as a client advocate to ensure an optimal client experience by working with our Operations Support, Service Delivery and Product Development teams
  • Collaborate with a dedicated Solutions Architect to develop and deliver sales proposals and presentations
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, Channel Partner Managers and other RAMs to develop strategies to target and grow Expedient’s overall account base in your region
Salary for this position is directly related to your individual experience and is only an estimate.   The final salary offered will be based on multiple different variables including, but not limited to, where you live and cost of living, your experience selling into the cloud/technology sector, etc. Estimated annual salary, including base and commission, is $140,000 to $190,000.
