AI Customer Success Manager
Summary
We're seeking an AI Customer Success Manager to ensure our AI CTRL clients achieve measurable business outcomes from their AI investments. You'll be the primary advocate guiding customers through adoption, expansion, and ongoing success—helping them integrate AI solutions into workflows and realize tangible results
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding, workshops, and training sessions to drive AI adoption
- Monitor engagement metrics and proactively increase utilization and satisfaction
- Identify expansion opportunities across new departments, use cases, and workflows
- Conduct regular business reviews highlighting performance and growth potential
- Champion client needs internally and translate feedback into actionable recommendations
- Develop success plans documenting client goals, milestones, and progress
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in customer success, account management, or SaaS/technology roles. Proven track record driving adoption, growth, and client retention. Background with AI, cloud solutions, or enterprise software preferred
- Skills: Strong communication abilities that simplify technical concepts for business audiences. Consultative, customer-first mindset with exceptional relationship-building skills. Data-driven approach to identifying trends and acting on insights. Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Location: Cleveland, Ohio office. On-site role, regional travel may be required.
Salary for this position will be based on your experience and your skills. Estimated salary range is $125,000 to $100,000 annually.
