AI Software Engineer

Join Expedient's AI CTRL product team to build a secure, powerful enterprise AI platform that combines enterprise data with agentic AI systems. As an AI Software Engineer, you'll contribute across the full product lifecycle—from platform development to client support and custom integrations
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the AI CTRL platform, including backend services, APIs, and frontend components
- Troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing logs, debugging code, and working with clients and support teams
- Build integrations with external systems and create custom automated workflows
- Collaborate across teams, pivoting between projects as priorities evolve
- Write robust, scalable code while championing AI-powered development tools
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle from design to deployment
- Experience: Strong software engineering foundation with experience across multiple domains (backend, frontend, DevOps, APIs). Ability to learn new technologies quickly and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware). Knowledge of CI/CD, RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and databases (SQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with or strong interest in AI/ML technologies

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent practical experience
Location: Cleveland, Ohio office. On-site role, regional travel may be required.
Salary for this position will be based on your experience and your skills. Estimated salary range is $100,000 to $125,000 annually.
