We are hiring a Recruiting Specialist to join our HR/Recruiting team. This is a fast-paced, highly visible, full-time position that will provide excellent opportunities to hone your recruiting skills in a technical environment.
The Recruiting Specialist will partner with managers across all Expedient’s geographical markets to source, screen and fill positions in multiple disciplines, primarily on the IT/technical side. In addition to recruiting, this role will manage administrative tasks and processes for on-boarding new hires, compile hiring metrics/reporting and will work with vendors as needed. This position requires 2 to 3 years of work experience recruiting for a wide variety of positions.
