Digital Advertising Specialist

Expedient is hiring a Digital Ad Specialist to join our marketing team. This position will work closely with the Director of Marketing and with our sales team to lead digital campaigns that generate demand for our solutions and services. This results-oriented digital marketer will be responsible for maximizing Expedient’s exposure in digital channels and through paid media; setting up and monitoring ad campaigns on various ad networks or platforms; refining the MQL workflow and process; and reporting on KPIs including qualified leads and opportunities. The position will also have responsibilities related to Expedient’s email marketing and web presences, and should be knowledgeable about B2B email marketing best practices, drip and nurture campaigns, lead collection and flow, and SEO best practices.

  • Manage all Expedient digital media campaigns, budgets, and reporting on various platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and various other programmatic or native platforms
  • Evaluate burgeoning programmatic, native, account based marketing (ABM), and other paid media opportunities; recommend new spend and tactics to move the needle on lead generation
  • Continuously optimize ad campaign performance through A/B testing, offers/creative types, and targeting options
  • Assess and report on performance in terms of both platform performance as well as qualified leads and opportunities    
  • Develop strategies to utilize Expedient’s owned data (prospect and customer data native to our CRMs) and purchased data to more accurately target users at the right stage of the buying journey
  • Refine our marketing qualified lead (MQL) scoring and processes
  • Participate in the development of automated workflows for general email marketing, demand generation, and more
  • Collaborate with the larger marketing team on initiatives such as website personalization, website redesign, and more


  • Experience driving leads through B2B digital advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn that can be demonstrated through your explanation of recent results achievement
  • Knowledge of campaign performance reporting standards, both through the platforms’ native dashboards as well as through third party tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, and Tableau (all preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics including an awareness of how to use various indicators to influence website conversions
  • Certifications in Google Analytics and AdWords (now Ads) highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of – and interest in – information technology is highly preferred
  • Ability to both think strategically and stay on top of execution
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with a high degree of collaboration and influence
  • A ‘roll-up your sleeves and get the work done’ self-starter attitude
