Growth Marketing Manager

(Multiple states) - Full Time

The Growth Marketing Manager at Expedient will lead our digital marketing initiatives, combining creative content strategies with AI-powered marketing automation to generate qualified leads for our national sales team. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, social media, data analytics, and cutting-edge AI technology, driving engagement and conversion through innovative marketing approaches. The focus will be to deliver qualified meetings for a national (USA) sales team. This position will use creativity and content to engage, and AI will be used to engage with people showing intent and nurture them at scale with automation.

Requirements
  • Expert experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, Pardot, and 6sense (experience with n8n, Retool or similar automation/orchestration tools a plus)
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or Saas environments
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads that convert to sales meetings, with significant increases in lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Expert experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated experience managing significant marketing budgets.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and social media strategies, including experience increasing organic traffic and engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset with extensive experience in marketing analytics and performance optimization, including developing KPI frameworks, tracking performance, and taking an iterative growth-hacking approach to maximize impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing a wide range of marketing content.
  • Project management experience with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Able to deliver succinct presentations to an executive audience sharing the impact of our digital marketing efforts, what is working, and what actions we are taking to deliver even stronger impact.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that leverage content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and AI-powered automation
  • Execute AI-driven lead nurturing campaigns that identify intent signals and engage prospects at scale, focusing on accelerating pipeline velocity for high-value accounts.
  • Leverage content across multiple formats (blogs, whitepapers, videos, social media) focused on cloud solutions, managed services, and AI technologies, including creating educational content and thought leadership.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and refine strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates, utilizing a strong analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs, ROI, and marketing attribution.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, AI capabilities, and MarTech innovations, continuously optimizing marketing programs.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing budget to maximize ROI
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and executive leadership to align marketing with business goals, improve lead quality, and shorten sales cycles.
  • Track and report on results from sales team performance on generated meetings, funnel opportunities and closed revenue.
Compensation includes a base salary plus variable compensation.  Estimated base salary is $100k to $130k but final salary will be evaluated on the experience, skills and demonstrated previous success that you bring to the role.
