Manager of Channel Enablement

Expedient is in search of a dynamic Manager of Channel Enablement to join our Revenue Acceleration Team. The role will be responsible for executing and managing comprehensive training programs designed to onboard, enable, and support our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement channel partner onboarding programs tailored to various partner types and tiers
  • Create and manage partner certification tracks, ensuring that partners are well-equipped to sell, deploy, and support our solutions
  • Travel to conduct ongoing enablement sessions to assess and improve partner knowledge and sales performance, including bi-annual Partner Tech Retreats, on-site client meetings
  • Develop and maintain a partner training curriculum, ensuring alignment with product updates and sales initiatives/campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design training resources, including webinars, e-learning modules, and documentation
  • Drive the adoption of partner enablement tools (ex: Learning Management System) and best practices
  • Ensure consistency and scalability in the partner enablement process, as well as align to the internal Sales Process
  • Collect feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to refine and enhance enablement programs
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partner enablement within the organization
  • Support and contribute to internal Sales Training Partner Edition Bootcamps occurring quarterly
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in partner enablement
  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and enablement program management
  • Strong familiarity with partner ecosystems, channel sales models, and the partner/sales selling motions
  • Ability to travel within North America
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop enablement materials
  • Excellent communication and live/zoom presentation skills
  • Experience with enablement platforms such as Brainshark, Mindtickle, Salesforce
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop programs that support partner and business goals
  • Prior experience in managed services, cloud, or technology-related industries is highly preferred
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with partner portal and learning management system (LMS) administration
  • Certification in instructional design and experience with Sandler sales methodology
  • Proficiency in managing, executing or scaling partner ecosystems in a rapidly growing business
